the pool was open late so we could go later in the evening, the room was really big so it was really convenient we booked our room for 3 people but had 2 more people show up and they were also able to stay in our room for no extra charge. the morning room service was really nice so everything was cleaned. and the selection of snacks were really nice too if we wanted something to drink or snack on we could, ice machines on every floor. Etc... it goes on.

Neat and clean. Comfortable room size. Well designed for traveler requiring computer wifi and need to complete computer work and leisure tasks. ALL staff presented an attitude that said "you are important," "how can we help you" and "is there anything you need or would like." It was obvious that the entire staff had been trained, coached and mentored to make sure the guests needs were being met. All staff one met enquired if there was anything they could help with and asked if my expectations were being met. When told "No, I have everything I needed" or "I am pleased with the facilities and services," I received a smile and a "Thank you, that's what we like to hear." The important pronoun I heard was "we." It was obvious the staff considered themselves part of a team. It was obvious that each team member's job was to provide the service that was required or to make sure the correct individual was notified so the traveler's needs could be met by the individual that was best able to provide the service required most efficiently. I felt everyone wanted to ensure the client's needs were being met. It would seem to me the important thing is the staff understood how best to meet the customers needs. This indicates they understood their responsibilities and knew when the client needed to be put in contact with another team member. This is vitally important to an efficiently operating team. I can't think of anything more disastrous than a team staffed with team members who attempted to meet the clients every need by themselves. From what I saw your team knew what they could do efficiently and when the best way to meet the client's needs was to call the approiate person or explained how to or who to complete the tasks the clients reqired. They understood when and how to ask questions in order to provide good service.

Stayed here while power was out at home during ice storm. The hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
